What does the Basic offer include?

The ‘a la carte’ offer allows you to select your own standalone app that is NOT customizable and is limited to one user. With this offer, the applications are $20 each. This is fantastic if you are a small business that does not necessarily need to use many different applications. If you require a framework and more customization, we recommend more advanced offers.

How do I know if inBOLD will fit my business needs?

inBOLD is a flexible framework and offers numerous configuration options, enabling most small, medium, and large companies to have access to what they need while maintaining independence. Should you require very specific customization, contact us for expert aid and analysis on your unique business needs.

How do you define a paying user?

A user is defined as an employee or a supplier who currently has or will have the ability to use an inBOLD application or the Application Builder. External users (such as clients or suppliers who are portal users) are not counted in the number of users. For example:

  • An employee who reports their expenses or timesheet is counted as a user;
  • Customers and suppliers that have access to their invoices online will NOT be counted as users;
  • Visitors to the inBOLD website will NOT be counted as users.

What does Premium access include?

Premium access gives you the entire arsenal of pre-built inBOLD business apps at your fingertips. It also gives you access to the framework so that you can create and customize your own apps. An unlimited amount of users can utilize the software up to a limit of 50,000 records. Premium access is a perfect companion for a growing business.

What does the Corporate solution include?

The Corporate solution is great if you want to have your own hosting and your own domain. It includes the package of Premium services but with the added benefit of a fully customized experience with the help of our dedicated support team. A team member will be there for you at every step, analyzing your requirements and configuring each inBOLD app according to your needs. You will also be given training for each inBOLD app and given coaching on how to use each app’s functions to grow your business.

What’s the email and live chat support? How can I use it?

At inBOLD, we want you to have the very best experience. That’s why we provide functional support to our online customers (paying users only). If you are having any issues, you can contact us through live chat (directly from your the inBOLD site) or by email (support@inboldsolutions.com). We will work tirelessly to help you find the answers you need. Our support teams are available Monday to Friday, 24/5, in English. This service does not include technical support.

What does it mean when an app is ‘customizable’?

Customizable applications are different from pre-built applications in the sense that you have a lot more freedom. You will have complete access to the fields, reports, and screens you need for your business. In addition, you can take any pre-built template and alter it in any way. This includes changing the colour scheme, adding your company logo to invoices, etc.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes, we can set up your own domain name (paid subscriptions only), e.g: www.mycompany.com. We can also manage email addresses. This is offered only in the Corporate solution.

Is inBOLD offered as an on-premise software?

Currently, inBOLD is offered only as a cloud-based SaaS. We are working towards an on-premise option for companies wishing to integrate everything on their own servers. Keep in mind that over the cloud, you are guaranteed routine server maintenance, top-level security, instant updating to the newest version, instant bug fixes, and other goodies that on-premise cannot give you.

What is the Data Importation Service?

We take care of importing your data at a fixed cost per file to import (e.g. customers, products, price lists, etc.)

The requirements are:

  • You must deliver us one spreadsheet per file, containing the data you want us to import;
  • Data must be provided in CSV or Excel

The import service does not cover data entering or data cleaning (duplicated data, missing information, etc.), so we strongly recommend that you check your data when extracting it, prior to sending it to us.
